I waited at the Deli for almost 15 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon. There loads of Publix employees back and forth working like beaver. Where was the help in Deli. One person waiting on line is atrocious. When I finally got services. The next person who came up to the counter for served by a Publix employee. What a joke! She should have had to wait 15 minutes like I did. The customer who left apologize but I explained it was not his fault that I had to wait. And wait I did!

The only Publix I have ever been to where the sushi is not in the seafood section. Please tell me how that makes sense? Put it in the seafood section and have a better supply because today was just a disgrace.

I went to the store nov 25. As we checked out our cashier , David B was awesome yet the lady whom I have never seen before had to have been new. She had no clue how to pack. The platic bags were ripping due to her overload in a bag. The bags were packed with no - no how at all. Pie crust were thrown in on the bottom of bag and cans and other heavy objects were thrown in cold and boxed items. You can guess the crusts were just a total mess. The rest of the bags had no method of packing either eggs in with cans etc. I think she had to miss how to pack in training. This was the first time I ever had a problem with any publix stores. Please train her before the same happens to others. Thank you

Nice location and has a salad bar, which is not normal for Publix. Very clean and spacious. Workers were all very helpful and friendly. Make sure to check out the deals up front on clearance and bogos

Experience excellent customer service overall its a friendly family visit welcome store ! Products n Services are well served ! Higher rating than other Publix shopping environments make u feel like family in town ! River Town ! Must stop by store to get the friendly family shopping experiences ! We started shopping here several months ago but it seems almost every visit something bad would happen. From fruit going bad 12 hours later to bogo items rung up incorrectly to their extremely rude and "too busy & can't be bothered to actually help anyone" pharmacist, it's just unfortunate. The store is one of the newer layouts and that part is pretty awesome. The experience, though, is just not there. Far better to travel the extra 5 mins up the road to the 2209 location.

I used to work for Publix years ago this has got to be one of the biggest stores that I have seen yet it has a lot of merchandise in it Plus it is very clean and the employees are very friendly would definitely go to this Publix to shop

I’ve been ordering subs here every week for the last 10 weeks. Every other week is an issue. Either it wasn’t made, they don’t set it out and it takes 15-20 minutes just for them to find it, or in today’s case they put my cold sub on the hot station, ruining it. I’ve addressed this with the deli manager, assistant store manger, and today another manager. I’ve never had a bad experience in a Publix until now. Then when you ask, they are rude. 2 weeks ago myself, and the deli manager checked the track 3-4 times and then the 5th time the sub miraculously appeared. You know we are looking for the sandwich, why not just hand it to me? Another time they said they wouldn’t charge me to remake it (I had paid online). Umm, I paid for it online and you didn’t give me my item. You’re not doing me a favor. They also have an attitude about assisting you with the problem. They just don’t seem to care. I’ll be using a different deli.
